Good things: The lineart is clean and so is the colouring. It all stays inside the lines. The gradient back ground is nice and doesn't distract you too much from the actuall drawing / image. The colours look good together and aren't too bright. The pastel shades look nice.

Need to improve on: The waist is way too small for the proportion of the thighs and boobs. Either make her waist wider or make her thin everywhere else too to make it look more natural. The hand on the left looks a little funny shaped but it's not too bad (the other hand is great). Maybe add some shading to give the image depth? Your choice really. The eyes are well shaded but don't have any pupils. The laces on the boots (I'm assuming they are laces?) are a little fuzzy and don't seem to connect to the shoes. And the whole scene queen thing is a little overplayed but that doesn't really matter XD
